在無我相經中，佛陀所說的「五蘊」- 色、受、想、行、識 都不是我，這一切都是想像出來的，「我」是定義和虛構出來。我們是無法獨立存在，而是相即存在。

 

本系列是關於兩人戀愛關係中探索自己跟伴侶相即的本質，感受何謂「為彼此而在」。大家的感受是互相連結，練習覺知「無我」，讓愛進入思想、言語和行動裡。

 

In the Sutra of No-Self, the "five aggregates" mentioned by the Buddha are not me, such as form, feeling, perception, formation, and consciousness. We cannot exist independently, but exist together. This series of photos is about exploring the nature of being with your partner in their romantic relationship, and feeling what it means to be "being there for each other". We all feel connected to each other, practice awareness of "no-self" and allow love to enter our thoughts, words and actions.
